  • Booking and Payment: To confirm your booking, a deposit/advance payment, generally equal to approximately 30% of the total price, is required via bank transfer. The balance of the price is to be paid upon arrival, in cash or via instant bank transfer. Alternatively, the bank transfer should be made a few days before arrival, so that the amount is available in the account upon your entry to the property. In case of cancellation, the deposit/advance payment will be fully refunded if the cancellation is communicated at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house.
  • Air Conditioning: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
  • Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome, in compliance with condominium rules. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the common park areas, any waste must be cleaned up, and pets are not allowed in the pool area. In case of pets, a supplement of €50 will be charged for final cleaning, which will need to be more thorough.
  • Parking: Private parking is available inside the residence, reserved for guests.
  • Linens and Towels: You can bring your own personal linen, or I can provide them by renting them from a local industrial laundry. The cost is €15 per person for the entire stay. Each set includes: top sheet, bottom sheet, pillowcase, one courtesy/face towel, one hand towel, and one bath towel.
  • Check-in: Check-in is on Saturdays. We are flexible with your arrival time, and I will personally welcome you. Bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of one week (from Saturday to Saturday) or multiples thereof. Generally, the apartment is ready and available from approximately 12:00 PM (after cleaning is completed). If you arrive earlier, no problem: you can still view the accommodation, receive instructions and keys, and will be free to take possession as soon as cleaning is finished.
  • Check-out: Check-out is on Saturdays. The apartment must be vacated by 9:00 AM to allow for cleaning. However, if you wish to remain on the property (pool/park) or leave your car in the parking area even after 9:00 AM, this is not an issue.
  • Cleaning: Initial and final cleaning services are included in the price of your stay.
  • Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax is due to the Municipality of Jesolo. The current amount is €1.00 per person per night, applicable for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, for all guests aged 10 years or older. The tax will be paid through me upon arrival.
